The Prosper Group Welcomes Veteran GOP Operatives to Client Strategy Team

Jim Pfaff and Bo Harmon Bring Decades of Winning Campaign Expertise to the Table; Have Hit the Ground Running to Serve Prosper’s Growing Client Roster

Indianapolis, IN – The Prosper Group, an award-winning digital consulting agency serving Republican and conservative candidates and committees, is pleased to announce the addition of two new Client Strategists to the company’s rapidly-expanding team.

The agency has experienced remarkable growth in the first half of 2016, and continues to add high caliber firepower during this critical time in the campaign season – to deliver its innovative products and second-to-none service and strategic counsel to both long-time and new clients alike.

Jim Pfaff and Bo Harmon – both well-connected, veteran Republican operatives – bring nearly five decades of combined political, public service, campaign and client services experience to the table.

“As our agency continues to grow, our clients will benefit tremendously from the expertise and strategic thinking Bo and Jim have brought to the candidates and causes they’ve served,” said Kurt Luidhardt, The Prosper Group’s co-founder and Vice President. “Both of these gentlemen have incredibly impressive track records in Republican campaigns and elections, and we’re so pleased to welcome them.”

Jim Pfaff’s political career stretches nearly three decades. He has been president of grassroots conservative organizations, served as a Capitol Hill Chief of Staff, a campaign manager and a consultant, and even worked as a talk radio host.

Over the last decade Jim has established himself as a national go-to authority on telephone and media communications, providing these services to campaigns and grassroots organizations. He will serve as The Prosper Group’s resident expert on telephone voter contact, survey research and organizational communication services, including teleforums.

Jim has also been a faculty member for The Leadership Institute, training activists and students in campaign management, fundraising, communications and organizing. He attended Indiana University, and is a graduate of The Webb School. Jim and his wife, Myra, live in Bloomington, Indiana.

Bo Harmon brings 20 years of experience in creating high impact campaigns to The Prosper Group. He has held senior roles in presidential campaigns, is an award-winning writer, and has served as campaign manager for Governors and U.S. Senators. He has worked for one of the world’s largest energy companies, and was a pioneer in using big data to create one of the most intricate voter targeting programs of its time.

In recent years Bo has offered counsel to dozens of Fortune 100 companies, while serving as Senior Vice President for Political Affairs at BIPAC – the Business-Industry Political Action Committee.

Bo is an Alabama native and graduate of Vanderbilt University. He offices out of his home base in the Washington, D.C. area.
